The workplace is meant to be a space of growth, productivity, and collaboration, but when it becomes filled with negativity, it can feel suffocating. Many people experience this when colleagues are more interested in finding fault than in building each other up. Instead of encouragement, one faces constant criticism, and instead of teamwork, there is competition for who “knows better.” This creates an atmosphere that drains energy, lowers motivation, and leaves one feeling mentally exhausted.

True leadership is lonely (My reflection)
True leadership is lonely. When you're leading with integrity, fairness, and vision, you're often making decisions others don’t fully understand — or want to resist. You’re carrying responsibility that most people can’t see, and balancing expectations from all directions: students, parents, teachers, the ministry, the community.

the quiet hush of home,
engine stirring the stillness

Weathering a Stormy Week
This past one week has been one of the most emotionally and professionally challenging periods I've experienced in a long while. It started on Monday with a disciplinary issue involving some students whose behavior had escalated beyond the usual classroom mischief. What began as a routine inquiry turned serious quickly—I had to call in the parents, not just for information, but for intervention. The conversation was tense. I found myself balancing between being the leader, the mediator, and in some ways, the bearer of unpleasant truths. It wasn't easy. The parents’ initial ignorance and resistance tested my patience, but I reminded myself that defensiveness often stems from worry and helplessness. Still, I carried the weight of that encounter well into the evening.

My little angel
with your senseless giggles
you woke me up
with your pink toothless smile
you saw me off
with your dimpled cheeks
you greeted me home

The sun seem less brighter
The wind seem a little harsh
The moon seem much dull
The surrounding seem a little crowded

Random thoughts!
I had been observing and reflecting on some comments on social media. Many a times I go through the writings and comments by the people I know. Most of the time I see lots of grievance, dissatisfaction and criticism.

Nothing lasts forever
Urge every individual
To rush; to crave
for wealth; for power.
To sweat and toil
To accumulate
Assuming we live a thousand years

A new place, a new start
After lots of appeal, I got my transfer and I could finally join my other half of my family. It is a great relief that I am finally out of the place that I had started hating. When I start disliking something, nothing can make me change my mind and I am really glad that I am out of that place.
